This blog is inspired by the fact that I had spent so much of my teens, 20’s and 30’s obsessing about my figure, my weight, the food I ate, the food I didn’t eat, how many calories, how much exercise, over exercising and under eating. It was exhausting and I was not only jeopardising my health but my happiness. More and more women I speak to, have been through, or are going through the same. So I made this channel to share my story, and also by making videos on how to eat properly, and exercise without obsessing, in the hope that it can help others to overcome these issues.

I am not a personal trainer, nutritionist, doctor or molecular biologist. I’m just a girl who has had years of issues with food, and as a result became unhealthy. Having done much research into food and exercise it has become a passion of mine to become healthy and happy, and I would like to help you avoid some of the mistakes I made. If you are having real problems and you think you might need help, then please speak to you local GP or call the good people at http://eating-disorders.org.uk/contac… Equally make sure to ask your doctor about your training if you are unsure about your abilities. And ALWAYS stop exercising if you feel dizzy or faint.
