You’ll be doing these exercises:
50 ankle touchers
40 bicycle crunches
20 Russian twist with water bottle (or weight)
10 crunch to knee
Consult a doctor if you are unsure of what the right amount of exercise you should be doing. Remember to drink lots of water and always stop if you feel dizzy or light-headed.
